Wow! What Fun we've had!

It would seem that we haven't posted anything in about three years!  Why cruel world? Why?  Two reasons! 1. We have been flat out busy with life and clowning or should we say a clowns life!
2. Because we forgot the username and password to the blog!  Talk about funny!
Anyway it took me about an hour and I was able to dig it out of the archives and reset the password! Now we are back online (other than facebook) and will definitely keep our u/p in a safe place!

On with the fun!
We have done more than 40 shows (not including birthday parties) across Newfoundland over the past 3 years. And most of those are from the last week of June through the beginning of September.  We have done community festivals, come home years, civic holidays, Canada Day and so much more!  Our Show now includes a number of concessions (popcorn, snow cones, hot dogs, and nachos, besides the regular bouncy castle, face painting and balloon sculptures).

Our last show of the year was actually an extra special for us as it was Cookie's Birthday Party!  We sponsored a local Charity - United For Kids - and did a fundraiser show with the bouncy castle and concessions!  It was amazing and fun!  Our friend and magician Paul Kilshaw from Victoria B.C. was here on vacation to help us out with it.  Even though the weather wasn't great we were still able to raise a few hundred dollars to help the children of the Dominican Republic!  What a great way to celebrate your birthday!

Update on Cookie

Just wanted to give everyone an update on Cookie.

Last winter many knew that Cookie was undergoing Chemotherapy for Cancer.
He finished those with great results, however recently the doctor's found another spot, and are going to do some aggressive therapy and stem cell transplanting. It is going to be six hard weeks!

Please keep Cookie in your prayers.
His treatments are going to start around August 25th.

Summer Fun!

Well We've had another great summer of fun in the sun and rain!

We've had the privilege and opportunity to entertain and make people happy at at least 15 different venues this summer! We have a couple more to go this fall, but over all it has been a very successful summer!

We did start a new stage show this year, and maybe we'll be able to give you some sneak peaks later!

We hope to have a show big enough for a theater stage next year!

Anyway we hope to see you clowning around!

winter Fun!

Cookie and Freddie have had quite a bit of fun this winter entertaining crowds at a couple of winter festivals.

We have also picked up some new noses that are now helping our troupe on a regular basis! Mr. S The great and wonderful magician has become a very important part of the act as it allows Cookie to do more slapstick comedy with Freddie! Also, Dyke Oxford has joined as our resident balloon sculpting "expert"! He and Freddie can tie a fun balloon to the delight of many children!

What a summer!

Wow what an amazingly busy summer! We definitely bumped a few rubber noses this year! For the past two and a half months we have been participating in one to two events per weekend, and sometimes even some during the week. It has been intense and fun. We have developed a couple new routines, and magic tricks.

Hopefully we will have a more exhaustive list of our activities this summer at a later time.
